What this is, plainly

One subject, one classroom,
twelve weeks.

A ZOIR-Edu pilot is a field experiment, not a product trial. The school gives twenty minutes of class time twice a week. We give back a weekly map of what every child has learned, what they are forgetting, and what they are avoiding — for the teacher, the parent, and the child themselves.

There is no charge for the first three cohorts. There is no obligation at the end. If at week twelve the school decides this isn't helpful, the data exports to the school in 24 hours and we part as friends.

IIWhat twelve weeks looks like
/01Week 0

A conversation.

Thirty minutes, with the principal or the academic head. No deck, no fake demo. We listen to what the school is actually trying to solve, and tell you honestly whether the engine helps now or in six months. Sometimes the honest answer is wait. We say it.

/02Week 1

Silent baseline.

Five short exercises woven into the existing math (or chosen subject) period. The students think they're playing a quick game. We are quietly mapping every child's prerequisite knowledge with no test-stress and no teacher overhead.

/03Week 2

First Monday Brief.

The teacher receives the engine's first reading: three children to watch, two concepts to reinforce in class this week, one suggested intervention. The teacher decides what to act on. The engine waits and watches.

/04Week 3 — 4

First parent note leaves.

A Friday note arrives in each parent's WhatsApp, written in plain language. It says what was learned, what is slipping, what is being avoided. No graphs, no jargon, no app to install. The school approves every batch before it leaves.

/05Week 5 — 8

The closed loop forms.

Interventions are tracked. The engine learns what shapes of practice work for this specific school's students. The teacher's Monday Brief becomes specific to the room. Retention curves stabilise. The principal sees the first institutional health view.

/06Week 9 — 12

Decide.

We sit together, look at twelve weeks of readings, and you decide whether to continue. There is no obligation. If you continue, the engine extends across subjects at the school's pace. If you don't, the data exports to the school in 24 hours.

We are not yet looking for many schools. We are looking for the right few — the ones that would rather be looked at carefully than quickly.
